Recruiter Rules
If you are working for/on behalf of a recruitment agency, please make sure you understand and adhere to the following rules.
It's great that your recruitment agency is interested in what we do at usecure and are eager to show an interest in working with us to find new talent.
We’re happy to work with recruiters when they make our lives easier, but we do have some strict rules regarding whom we work with. If you don’t follow these rules, the agency you work for will be blacklisted:
Recruiter Rules for Working with usecure Ltd:
- Contacting us:
- Please email us rather than calling us. If we are interested in your services then we will respond.
- Please do not send us multiple emails if we haven’t yet replied.
- If you get in touch, please make sure it is about a specific role we’re advertising for.
- Please do not repeatedly call us to find out if we have made a decision. We will let you know a date when we will be in touch by.
- Thorough Candidate Screening:
- Screen candidates carefully to ensure they meet the job requirements, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Use structured interview techniques to assess key competencies relevant to the position.
- Clear Communication:
- Maintain transparent and regular communication with the hiring manager about the recruitment process and candidate status.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates, regardless of the outcome, to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Adherence to Ethical Standards:
- Maintain confidentiality of all candidate information and respect privacy in line with GDPR data protection laws.
- Avoid any conflicts of interest, including recruiting candidates from current clients or within prohibited networks.
- Compliance with Legal Requirements:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UK employment laws.
- Provide equal opportunity to all candidates, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, disability, or other protected status.
- Transparent Fee Structures:
- We work on a fixed rate no higher than 15% for all positions. This is non-negotiable, so please do not discuss your services with us unless you are willing to accept this.
- No hidden fees or charges will be accepted beyond those outlined in the agreement.
- We work on net 30 day payment terms from the start date of the candidate.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Provide feedback on recruitment challenges and successes to help improve future recruitment strategies.
- Attend quarterly reviews to discuss performance, address any issues, and align on future goals.
- Timely Submission of Qualified Candidates:
- Submit a pre-determined number of qualified candidates within an agreed timeframe.
- Ensure candidates submitted are actively interested in the role and have been pre-screened for relevance.
- Non-Solicitation Agreement:
- Recruiters must agree not to solicit usecure Ltd employees for other opportunities for a specified period after the end of the engagement.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as the number of candidates submitted, interview-to-hire ratio, and time to fill.
- Collaborate with the company to analyze these metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ensure all candidates receive feedback on their application status within a reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications to foster a positive image of usecure Ltd.
- Recruiters are expected to meet all deadlines set by usecure Ltd for candidate submission, feedback, and communication.
- Promptly inform the hiring manager of any delays or challenges encountered during the recruitment process.
- Sign a confidentiality agreement to protect the company’s proprietary information, hiring strategies, and any sensitive candidate information.
- Take a proactive approach to identify and resolve any potential issues in the recruitment process, such as challenges in finding qualified candidates or delays in the hiring process.
- Should a candidate hired through you leave within 12 working weeks for any reason, including dismissal, you agree to find a replacement candidate for the position at no further cost to usecure Ltd.
